Loving mother of Kathleen (James Atkinson) Samec and the late David (Linda) Samec. Grandmother of Brian Samec and Cassidy Atkinson. Great-grandmother of Jordon D. Samec. Preceded in death by her 6 siblings. Dorothy, along with her husband Bill, owned, and operated Dukes Tavern in Oakmont for more than 40 years. Friends will be received Friday, November 4, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 378 Maryland Ave. Oakmont, Pa 15139. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016, 9:30am in St. Irenaeus Church, Oakmont. Interment will be private.
