I was privileged to be hosted by Gene three times at Oakmont over the past 10 years or so and he truly was a gentleman who improved every room he entered. He was a shining example of elegance, kindness and class and I was enriched by knowing him. My heartfelt condolences to his entire family and many, many friends on the loss of this wonderful man.
