Age 86, of Verona, on Monday, September 11, 2023. Long life partner of Donna Pater; loving father of Elaine (Toby Kiggins) Zourelias and Alexander Zourelias Jr.; grandfather of 6; brother of George Zourelias, Nick Zourelias, and Socrates Zourelias. He was preceded in death by 9 other siblings. Alex was a simple man, the quintessential jack of all trades, and all-around handyman. He was a long-time employee of the Borough of Verona, a pool hustler, and enjoyed hanging out drinking coffee and commiserating with friends. He will be truly missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Friends and family can gather on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 3-7PM at Green Oaks Country Club, 5741 3rd St., Verona, PA 15147. Arrangements entrusted to English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139.
