Age 88, of Pittsburgh, on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Beloved wife of the late George Whiteman; loving mother of Terri Zutich, Diane Whiteman, Georgia Stoner and Gregory Whiteman; sister of the late William Coates Jr., the late Robert (Joann) Coates, Katherine Joyce, Judith McGuire, the late Susan Miller, and John (Doris) Coates; also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Alice was the cornerstone of family gatherings, always organizing and filling every occasion with laughter, warmth, and love. She cherished every moment spent with loved ones, whether it was a holiday, birthday, or a simple Sunday afternoon. While her presence will be deeply missed, the spirit of love and togetherness she fostered will stay with her family.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 3 -7 PM at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Oakmont Presbyterian Church, 415 Pennsylvania Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Penn Hills.
