Carolyn  A. Davis

Age 93, of Oakmont, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Carol's surviving relatives include her nieces, C. Lynn Davis of Richmond, Virginia, and Patricia D. Nanny (Vince) of Chester, Virginia; her grandnephew Paul V. Nanny (Julie Ann) and great grandnephew Landon R. Nanny, both of Midlothian, Virginia, and grandniece Lauryn N. Stewart (Ian) of Richmond, Virginia.

Carol was a graduate of Grove City College, and taught in Fox Chapel for over 20 years. She cherished her home and front porch in Oakmont. She valued her family, enjoyed traveling with friends, and appreciated vacations to Virginia and the Outer Banks of North Carolina with her family and loved ones. Carol was enthusiastic, to say the least, when it came to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. No greater fan has either team ever had.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, May 16, 2025 from 11AM – 12PM, followed by a funeral service at 12PM, at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139. Interment to follow at Plum Creek Cemetery. Flowers are welcome, or contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Carol’s honor.
