Frank Catanzaro sadly passed on January 4, 2019. Born October 31, 1939 he grew up, and raised his own family in Oakmont, PA. His parents, Frank and Jean emigrated from Sicily in the early 1900’s. After attending Northern Illinois University, he followed in his father’s footsteps in the produce industry. Frank founded Sunfresh Food Service in 1980 where he spent the remainder of his career until he retired to Naples, FL with his wife of 56 years in 2014. He was a loving husband, father and adored grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, children Debra and Frank, daughter-in-law Jill, and grandchildren Jackson, Nicolas, Maximus and Quinlan. He was an honorable man of unparalleled courage, dignity, strength, bravery and kindness who was loved by family and friends. Frank will be missed beyond words but his spirit and inspiration will continue to live on going forward. Friends will be received from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday January 11, 2019 at English Funeral Home, 378 Maryland Avenue in Oakmont, PA. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday January 12, 2019 at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church in Oakmont.
