Age 85, of Oakmont, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul Collins; loving mother of Terri (Keith) Musiak, Paul (Cynthia) Collins, Jeff (Doreen) Collins and John (Becky) Collins; proud and devoted grandmother to Matthew (Nicole), Christopher (Sarah), Kelly (Zach), Paul (Brooke), Regis (Holly), Emily (Chris) and Erin; great-grandmother to Joshua, Jordan, Jacob, Emma, Leo, Noah and Paul Anthony, with another one on the way; also preceded in death by her siblings Joan (John) Billie, Joseph (Toni) Simoni, and Judith (Mike, living) Vrable, as well as her brother-in-law Fred (Eleanor, living) Collins.

Jacquelyn was passionate about her role as a homemaker, cherishing her time spent with family above all else. Her love for her family was the center of her world. When not with her loved ones, Jacquelyn enjoyed watching old movies and listening to her favorite doo-wop music, which brought her much joy throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 3-7 PM at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Holy Family Parish – St. Irenaeus Church, 387 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139, followed by interment at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Tarentum, PA.
