Judith Ann Bash
Age 81, of Verona, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. Beloved wife of 62 years to David Bash; loving mother of Kelly Malena and David (Lydia) Bash Jr.; grandmother of Michael (Colleen) Malena, Toni (Shawn) Loughlin, Dianna (Andrew) Elliott, Harrison Bash, Faith Bash, and Liberty Bash; great-grandmother of McKenna, Amelia, Ada, and Ella; sister of Bob May Sr.. Always active, Judy transferred her early banking experience into an accounting career at the corporate offices of Giant Eagle, finally retiring to part-time work at the Hallmark store in Oakmont. She relished her hobbies of sewing, gardening, baking, and crafts, once placing first in the Rosedale Junior Women’s Club sewing contest. Judy delighted in entertaining friends and family often, and along with her husband Dave, was active in their church and in their service to the Lord. Judy loved teaching Sunday school, counseling the church’s youth, and singing in the church choir. Judy left this world on the same date, December 2nd, as her mother Hazel, joining in beautiful song together at the piano. The family has requested private arrangements entrusted to English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
