Kevin M. Trenn
Kevin Trenn died of a tragic heart attack on Christmas Eve at age 43. Born in St Mary’s, PA to the late Jerome “Jerry” Trenn (Bonnie) and the late Sharon Farrell Hazen (Butch), he is survived by his wife Julie (Whyte), his fur babies Georgia and Dixie, sister Lisa Trenn (Melissa) of Jonesville, LA , in-laws Bob and Dawn Whyte of Oakmont, and many loving uncles, aunts and cousins.
Kevin grew up with a passion for sports. He played basketball and youth baseball all his childhood where he was coached by his dad. He loved his black and gold and was a diehard Steelers fan. His most recent enjoyment was golfing with his buddies.
Kevin was employed by the Somma family for over 20 years. His second family was at Somma’s Restaurant. He loved being a chef and loved the people even more.
Kevin and Julie had many adventures over their nearly 15 years of marriage. Their travels took them all over the US and the world, but his favorite was the Caribbean.
Kevin loved his wife and girls with a love that not many are lucky enough to find. He had a gentle heart of gold and will be terribly missed by everyone whom he knew.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 12:00 – 3:00 PM at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139, where a Blessing Service will follow at 3:00 PM.
