Age 54, of Penn Hills, passed away on Sunday January 9, 2022. Beloved daughter of Ed and Sandy Loughery; loving sister of Kristen (Jonathan) Farringer, and Craig (Katie) Loughery; beloved adopted niece of Bill and the late Michelle Menzietti; adoring adopted cousin of Anna Mayhood, Michael, Mark, and Angela Menzietti, and Tim Longphre. Kitty graduated from Sunrise Schools, and was a lifetime participant of Camp Shining Arrow. She attended Milestone Center’s NTAC program for over 30 years, and in more recent years attended their Garden City Senior Program. Kitty will be remembered for her contagious smile and laughter, her love of dancing, and above all her love of life. Kitty became a friend to everyone who met her. She was dearly loved, and will be missed by all, included her longtime friend and dance partner Jimmy Belz. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 4-8 p.m., and on Thursday, January 13, 2022, from 4-6 p.m., at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139, where a Funeral Service will conclude visitation on Thursday at 6 p.m. Following the service everyone is invited to join the family for dinner at John Anthony's Restaurant in Plum.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shining Arrow (Penn Hills Program), 10147 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills, PA 15235 or to Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Eastmont, 1229 Jefferson Heights Rd., Penn Hills, PA 15235. Interment will be private.
