Louise P. Williams. 83 of Penn Hills passed on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Survived by granddaughter Rachel Giuffre and her daughter Bella, as well as 7 other grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her children, Richard, William, Robert, and Marcy Lynn Williams, and siblings, Marie Lloyd and John and Jacob Brocato. Services will be private and interment will be in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, Verona. Arrangements entrusted to English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc, Oakmont, PA.
