Louise P. Williams. 83 of Penn Hills passed on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Survived by granddaughter Rachel Giuffre and her daughter Bella, as well as 7 other grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her children, Richard, William, Robert, and Marcy Lynn Williams, and siblings, Marie Lloyd and John and Jacob Brocato.
