Mary E. Repp

Mary Repp, age 94, passed away on December 27, 2025, one month shy of her 95th birthday at the Longwood of Oakmont Senior Community. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert (Bob) Repp, her parents Thomas and Johanna Campbell, and sister Margaret Chirkis. She is survived by her children, Denis Repp of Plum, Emily (David) Monk of New York, and Carrie Repp of Florida; and grandchildren Brian (Heather) Monk, Kyle (Taylor) Monk, and Amanda Monk. Mary was born and raised in York City where she attended Hunter College before moving to Pittsburgh in 1958. She enjoyed painting and drawing and was an avid skier and ice skater in her youth. She loved working in her garden and listening to classical music, which played in her home continuously. Mary liked to travel and explore new places and cultures. She especially enjoyed travelling/biking in Europe and loved mixing with the local people. We will remember that she liked her coffee “hot” and her vegetables “fresh.” She lived a long, happy life and will be missed.
