Michael J. Pontieri

Age 66, of Oakmont, on Friday January 20, 2023, passed away surrounded by his family. Beloved son of the late Michael and Erma Pontieri; loving brother of Maria (Mark) Hospodar and Janet (John) Donovan; adoring uncle of Michael and Mark Hospodar and Joseph, Matthew and John Donovan; great-uncle to Luca Donovan. Michael graduated with a Master’s Degree from Duquesne University. He was a devout Catholic and a lifelong member of St. Irenaeus Church. Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 3pm-7pm at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 10:30 am in Holy Family Parish (St. Joseph Church), 825 2nd St, Verona, PA 15147. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
