Richard C. McGovern. 55 of Plum passed on Monday, December 10, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved father of Jessica McGovern. Dear brother of James F. (Connie) McGovern, Jr. and Margaret Ann (James) Garlitz. Loving grandfather of Madison. Preceded by his parents James F. and Nancy A. McGovern. Also survived by long term companion Debra and many long term friends. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 5-8 pm at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 378 Maryland Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139.
