Rita T. Thaner. 88, formerly of Verona, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 in Lady Lake, Florida. Beloved wife of the late Raymond C. Thaner. Loving mother of James (Charmaine) Thaner of Idaho and Janice (Wayne) Callen of Florida. Dear grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by brothers, Frank, William, and Leonard Galewski and sister, Clara Cygnarowicz. Visitation will be on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 9:00 am at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 378 Maryland Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow beginning at 10:30 am in St. Joseph Parish, Verona. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
