Age 83, of Penn Hills, on Friday, November 15, 2019. Dear husband of the late Sandra Lowe (Wilson). Beloved father of Suzanne (Barry) Tapper, Jeannie (Dominic) DePietro, Carrie (Sean) Lowe, Robin (Michael)Traficante, Michael (Connie) Lowe, and the late Robert J. Lowe. Adoring grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 10. Brother of James M. Lowe, Jr., Barbara Gelpi, the late Dorothy Woffenden, and the late Betty Kennedy. Bob is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Family and friends will be received on Monday, November 18, 2019, from 4-8 p.m., at English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, Pa 15139, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 10:30 a.m.
