Ruth Louise Woolverton Self, age 98, of Oakmont, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021. Ruth loved the outdoors, bird watching, and hiking in the Rocky Mountains. She is survived by her son, Ted Self, son Douglas Self, daughter Jenann Self, and granddaughter Heather Self. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Morris Waldt Self, and her brothers Frederick and Edwin Woolverton. Arrangements are private and entrusted to English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139.
